Precautions for installation of washing equipment

In order to ensure the normal operation of the cleaning equipment and extend its service life, the cleaning equipment should be maintained. Maintenance of the washing equipment should be carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements of the accompanying manual. Generally, it mainly includes the following:
① Precautions for installing and using washing equipment;
② Routine maintenance inspection of washing equipment;
③ Clean the equipment regularly.
Attention to the installation and use of flushing water equipment "Safety must ensure production safety" is a well-known reason. In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the dry cleaning shop equipment, a certain space must first be left around the installation site for inspection, inspection and maintenance. The base of the cleaning equipment must be able to withstand the load and vibration of the cleaning equipment during operation. Therefore, the load of the machine base should not be less than the total weight of the solvent filled in the cleaning equipment, and the vibration should exceed the maximum natural frequency of dehydration per minute. The dry-cleaning workshop is where workers carry out production and operations. Since the workshop is in direct contact with tetrachloroethylene, which is harmful to the body, necessary ventilation should be installed, and measures should be taken to prevent the concentration of harmful gases in the workshop from exceeding the allowed maximum. The gas containing tetrachloroethylene must be exhausted from the lower part of the workshop, and the vent hole should be located at a height of 400 to 500 mm from the ground. When natural ventilation is poor, pressurized ventilation must be performed. The exhaust gas should not contaminate the air in nearby workshops or offices. Operators of washing equipment should have knowledge of dry cleaning and washing equipment, and technical training should be carried out in advance if necessary. The operator should strictly follow the technical procedures of the dry cleaning process and washing equipment. Operators other than washing equipment must not operate washing equipment at will. During operation of the water washing equipment, ensure that the pressure in the pressure vessels (such as filters, stills and compressed air tanks) does not exceed the manufacturer's specifications. If the cleaning equipment is found to be faulty, it should be repaired immediately to prevent the fault from expanding and increase the difficulty of maintenance. During the deactivation of the cleaning equipment, water, electricity, steam and compressed air switches should be turned off to avoid accidents. The task of the maintenance personnel of the cleaning equipment is not only to observe whether the machine is operating normally and to troubleshoot in a timely manner, but also to supervise and check whether the operation of the operator is correct. Do not allow the skin to come into contact with tetrachloroethylene for a long time, and if necessary, wear a protective mask. Efforts should be made to prevent spillage of tetrachloroethylene. In case of spill, rinse immediately with water. When there is too much tetrachloroethylene in the air, some people may experience symptoms such as dizziness and nausea. In case of severe poisoning, remove the poisoned person to fresh air immediately and seek medical treatment if necessary.
