Common faults I. Second-hand washing machine is not liquid
If the liquid pump works normally, but no liquid enters the cylinder when the liquid is filled, first check whether the necessary conditions for the start-up are available, namely water, electricity and gas. If you find that the compressed air has no pressure, the pneumatic valve cannot be opened, so the liquid cannot be filled. The air pressure required for valve operation is 0.4Mpa, and this pressure is provided by the air compressor.
Solution: Replace the air compressor.
Common faults II. Second-hand washing equipment does not drain:
The second-hand washing machine does not drain because the outlet valve A10 is not open.
Solution: Open the air box cover and reset the A10 clip of the terminal. After pumping the used water washing equipment every time, be sure to reset A10.
Common faults III. The filter is not effective:
The second-hand washing machine center has heard this from customers before. The filter cannot absorb the filter powder. After inquiry, it was learned that the clerk at the dry cleaning shop had not forgotten to close the connection valve between the filter and the distillation box after the filter was cleaned. Therefore, the high-temperature steam generated during the distillation entered the filter through the communication valve, and then the filter was damaged.
