Five, linen moisture and ironing box temperature: The lower the temperature of the ironing box, it means that the water in the linen to be ironed must be less. If the ironer's temperature is only 270oF (132oC) or lower, linen can easily get stuck. The higher the temperature of the ironing box, the smoother the linen is.
6. Drum size: The circumference of the drum should be measured regularly. When the circumference of the roller is below the minimum value of the equipment manufacturer, this means that the productivity of the ironing machine is substantially reduced by 50%.
Seventh, monitor the line speed of the ironing machine: For all ironing machines, the line speed of the ironing machine must be increased (when linen cloth passes through the ironing machine, the speed of the latter roller is always faster than the previous roller). Most older ironing machines have the same speed for all rolls, so the speed of subsequent rolls is usually increased by increasing the thickness of the ironing felt.
